Questions
Where does the data come from?+
From court availability and prices that clubs publish on their public online booking pages. We record them every day for every club in a live city and keep the history. No logins, no bookings, no personal data of any player.
Which markets are covered?+
We are live in Singapore, the UAE and Thailand, with every padel club in each country tracked daily. Any city where courts are bookable online can be added. If yours is not live, write to us and we tell you when it is.
How accurate is it?+
A court that is not bookable at a given hour counts as booked. That includes coaching, events and maintenance, so the numbers are a faithful picture of what a customer could have booked, not the club's accounting. The same rule applies to every club, including yours, so the comparison is fair.
Do I get history from day one?+
Yes. Every plan opens with the last 30 days already there, because we record every club in a live city whether or not someone is watching. From there your window grows one day at a time up to your plan's maximum: 60, 90 or 365 days. The daily email gives you today, week to date and month to date from the first morning.
Can I change my competitors?+
Yes. Tell us and we update your list, usually the same day. A club you swap in shows its history straight away within your plan's window, because we track every club in the city whether or not someone is watching it.
Do you show my own club too?+
Yes, and it does not count against your competitor limit. Every number on the dashboard is your club next to the clubs you track.
How do I pay?+
Monthly, by bank transfer, against an invoice we send you. No card, no contract, no automatic renewal. Access runs until the end of the paid period.
Can my competitors see my data?+
Only what is already public on your booking page. Nothing you tell us, and nothing about who you track, is visible to anyone else. City and country overviews are aggregates and never expose a single club outside a customer's own list.
